The amount will only be raised on your card when the goods are shipped from The MallowsA greater amount can never be deducted than what you approved for the purchase.

Shipping Rates
Denmark: 30 kroner.
Free shipping on purchases over 250 kroner.

EU countries: 150 kroner.
Free shipping on purchases over 800 DKK.

Countries outside the EU: DKK 300.
Free shipping on purchases over 1500 DKK.

Attention: All costs related to local customs clearance must be paid by the parcel recipient.

delivery time
The delivery time for items ordered on www.themallows.dk is delivered within 2-5 business days.
Note: During very peak times, in case of acute illness in our packaging, in the case of internal package handling problems with our distributor and the like, longer delivery times may occur.

You will be assigned a tracking number so you can always follow your package.

If you cancel your purchase (cancellation right)
Refunds

www.themallows.dk grants 14 days full refund from the day the item is received.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you;

  1. Have received your item
  2. Gets the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually
  3. Gets the last lot or the last part in physical possession when it comes to an agreement for the supply of a product consisting of several lots or parts.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchaseThe message should be given to info@themallows.dkIn your communication, please make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot regret simply by refusing to receive the item without giving us clear notice at the same time.

Return
You must return your order to us without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel your purchaseYou must bear the direct costs associated with the return of the itemUpon return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly wrappedYou bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.

You will lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal on goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

The condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and manner of operation of the goods.In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item.

In order to receive the full purchase price, you must do the same thing as you can in a physical storeYou may try the item, but do not use it for real use.

Repayment of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will of course refund the amount you paid usIn the event of any impairment for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted.

If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but no extra costs as a result of your choice of a different form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to cancel this AgreementWe will make such a refund with the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item, unless you have provided documentation before returning it.

What should I send back?
You must attach a copy of the order confirmation.

Note! We do not receive packages sent by mailCOD.

complaints
The shortage rules of the Purchasing Act may apply to goods purchases.

When you shop on www.themallows.dk you have of course 24 months of right to claimThis means that you can either get the item repaired, replaced, refunded or discounted, depending on the specific situation.

Obviously, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of an improper use of the product or other injurious behavior.

How soon should I advertise?
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you discover the defect in the itemIf you advertise within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will of course reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs.

When returning the item, please state what the problem is as detailed as possible.

Note! We do not receive packages sent by mailclaims or similar.

Remember, the item must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.
